Providence is calling a Patient Care Representative II (Full Time) in Orthopedics for the Providence Medical Institute location in Tarzana, CA.
In this position you will:
- Responsible for patient management, the flow of patients through the front office in an efficient and professional manner, the accurate coding of services rendered and over the counter cash management.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Two (2) or more years' experience in a medical office setting
Knowledge of ICD-9/CPT coding
Able to use Microsoft Office Suite
Typing/keyboarding of 45 wpm
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Previous working experience as a Medical Assistant is highly desirable
